Atlanta-Area Parties

DF_Fourth of July-18 900x200For clients in the Atlanta area, we can provide in-person event planning and management services. Please book early to ensure we can reserve your date; we require a minimum of six weeks in advance of the party. You can choose from one of our party themes or ask us to create a custom party just for you.

Shopping and Vendor Management

We will purchase all the decorations, food, desserts, activities, favors, and goody bags required for your party. Additionally, we will manage any vendors engaged to create your party, including baker, caterer, and/or entertainers. Any products purchased or vendor fees will be billed at cost.

Party Set Up and Break Down

We will arrive at your home or venue in advance of the party to set up everything needed to make your party a success. We bring in all serving pieces, decorate, arrange the food and desert tables, and set up activities. After the party, we will remove decorations, dismantle food and desert tables, and pack up craft supplies, leaving your home as we found it.

Party Management

If you like, we will stay during the party to help you in any way we can. We will refill food and drink tables, help children with crafts, and keep the party moving on schedule. However, we also are happy to disappear during the party and let you be the complete hostess.

Party Themes

Our party themes make it easy to organize your event because we’ve done all the planning for you. Each party theme price is based on 8 guests (including the birthday child). You can easily add-on guests for an additional fee. Party themes include:

Custom Party Planning + Management

If you don’t see the party of your child’s dreams among our party themes, just ask us to create a custom party for you. Custom parties, including development of your theme and 5 hours of day-of-your-event services, begin at $1,000.
