Saturday the 24th would have been my father-in-law’s 99th birthday. Bill, or Paw-Paw as all the grandchildren called him, owned a series of independent grocery stores. With those stores, he put three children through college — working seven days a week.
If your kids are anything like mine, they love playing superhero. Boy, girl — it doesn’t matter. Mine still love it when I “fly” them while they shout our their super power. Candace of lillypaul designs has the same situation at her house. So as her daughter’s birthday approached, a “Super Grace” party was a no-brainer!
I have two girls and my mind just typically goes to girls’ party themes when I’m in planning mode. So I love to feature boys’ parties! This at-home party from Faith of Faith’s Cookies is a great example of how a little creativity can go a long way. Welcome’s to the “Camp In: Camp Ten” Party!
I found this party in my email while we were at the beach with a spotty internet connection, so I’d been dying to open the file and see the photos. I was not disappointed! Kristina of Modern Frills created this Peter Pan in Neverland party for her daughter Ava Kate’s 6th birthday.
(If you don’t know about Modern Frills, Kristina makes custom embroidered t-shirts for boys and girls. She created the Wizard of Oz shirts my girls wore at their birthday party.)
You’ll love all the homemade touches and especially that Kristina created so many of them with Ava Kate’s help!
Today I’m excited to feature Zoila, the designer behind Squared Party Printables and her darling Toy Story Party. You’ve seen her work in our Halloween Party and 4th of July Party. (And I’m having fun working with her printables again for this year’s Halloween party!) Zoila created this party for her son Tyler’s third birthday.
