Our custom party services are designed to take the load of the party off your shoulders. We work with you to select a concept and color palette and from there, you can relax. (See sample pages from some of our plans here.)
After an initial phone consultation, we’ll present you with an inspiration board created just for your party and discuss our ideas for decorations, food, deserts, activities and goody bags.
Your custom party plan will include:
- Custom paper goods or printables recommendations
- Decorating suggestions
- Food, cake and desert table ideas and resources
- Games and activities suggestions
- Favor ideas and packaging recommendations
- Budget estimator (and ways to reduce your costs)
- Shopping list (and links to our vendors)
- Advice on picking the party location, day and time
- Day of the party schedule

At Double the Fun Parties, our job is to make your job easier! We want to double the fun you have at your party by doing the work for you. We specialize in at-home children’s parties. (But we’re not picky—you can call us for your bridal or baby shower, too!)
You can’t find our events in your local party store, because everything we do is custom. Our goal is to create a party that you and your child declare “the best party ever!”
